Our self catering apartments are situated just a few metres from the lakeshore, providing stunning views over Derwent Water and the surrounding mountains, a perfect retreat for those who are looking to escape the stresses of city life and an ideal base for exploring Cumbria.

Our lakeside family apartment has stunning views looking out over Derwent Water and the surrounding mountains. The apartment has one double bedroom and two twin-bedded rooms one with an en suite shower room. There is a family bathroom which has a bath with overhead shower, basin and WC. There is a fully equipped kitchen/diner to the front and a spacious lounge with views over the lake for those relaxing moments at the end of the day. There is a patio area to the front of the apartment where you can sit out and relax and enjoy the evening sunshine. Bed linen is provided but you will need to bring your own towels.

One well behaved dog per apartment is welcome additional dogs are by arrangement. Storage of 1 kayak per person is free or 1 dinghy per apartment additional boats are by arrangement.

All our lakeside studio apartments have stunning views over Derwent Water and the surrounding mountains. Our studios are an open plan design with a small well-fitted kitchenette and separate shower room. There is a choice of double or twin bedded apartments all of which have a table and chairs where you can sit and view the lake whilst enjoying a relaxing meal, and two comfy chairs to help you to relax and unwind and the end of the day. Bed linen is provided but you will need to bring your own towels.
