Brun Lea Guest House is in a beautiful part of the Lake District National Park, just a short level walk from the centre of Keswick. We have 8 charming and contemporary rooms available. 6 of the rooms have en suite facilities while the other 2 standard rooms share 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. All the rooms include tea and coffee making facilities, a selection of biscuits, Freeview TV, radio alarm clock, hair dryer and fan.

You can savour a cooked or continental breakfast to set you up for the day ahead. Cooked breakfast includes bacon, egg, Cumberland sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes, hash brown and baked beans. A continental buffet offers cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurts, breakfast bars, croissants, brioche rolls, orange juice, tea/coffee and brown/white toast.

Outside there is a patio garden, a lovely space to relax with a cup of coffee whilst the sun is out.

Keswick boasts an excellent selection of shops, especially for outdoor clothing & equipment, plus all the usual gift & food shops. Keswick is in the Heart of the Lake District. The area is surrounded by beautiful countryside, breathtaking scenery, mountains & Lakes. Everything for the outdoor enthusiast and tourist to savour and enjoy.

We are equally close to open countryside and less than 10 minutes from the Lake, where you can hire a rowing or motorboat; take a Launch trip round the lake or just walk and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere of the pure country air. The theatre is situated by the lake and has a good selection of plays, to suit all tastes. The cinema, leisure pool, parks (tennis, bowling, children's play area) are also close-by.
