Our charming guest house has a range of tastefully furnished rooms for you and your pet: single, double, triple and quad rooms. All the rooms are ensuite and come with either a walk-in shower or bath, except the cosy single room which has a separate private bathroom with large bath and rain shower. The rooms have a wall mounted TV, beverage making facilities and a hair dryer. A Full English breakfast is included in the room price, cooked to order, with your furkid getting some special breakfast treats too.

We also have a lovely guest sitting room to unwind in, which enjoys views of the garden, in which your furkid can romp and sniff. There is an enclosed wood walk right behind the house, for a short morning or evening run. We have hosted not only doggies of all sizes, but also cats and parrots.

We are a great base for exploring a range of superb attractions in the local area, and only 8 miles from Ullswater:
