Greens Farm is a stone-built farm holiday cottage, dating back over 300 years. It is part of a complete 25-acre smallholding with the original farm buildings in good condition and the surrounding land still used to graze cattle and produce hay in the summer.

The holiday accommodation comprises a kitchen, sitting/dining room and bathroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the first floor - one with a double bed and the second with two singles. The cottage has two gardens, with the larger walled garden being private and providing seating space. Off-road parking is provided which can accommodate large vehicles and well-behaved pets are allowed but dogs must not be left in the cottage on their own.

The sitting/dining room can easily accommodate four people and has a TV/DVD player. There is a well-equipped kitchen which includes a cooker, fridge, microwave and washing machine.

The self-catering cottage is situated in an area known as Gradbach, which is in Quarnford the most northerly parish in Staffordshire. It is close to the village of Flash (now officially the highest village in Britain) and local landmarks such as Three Shires Head where the counties of Staffordshire, Derbyshire and Cheshire meet and is less than one mile from the river Dane which forms the boundary between Staffordshire and Cheshire.

The holiday cottage is situated against what was one of the original roads to Flash and offers superb views of the surrounding countryside and excellent local walks. It is used by people who want to explore the Peak District as well as those who enjoy walking.

The cottage is approximately 7 miles from Buxton (Derbyshire), 9 miles from the market town of Leek (Staffordshire) and 9 miles from Macclesfield (Cheshire). It is probably best accessed from the Leek to Buxton section of the A53 taking the turning signposted to Flash, although other routes off the A53 are available.

The popular Derbyshire market town of Bakewell is around 20 miles away and Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall are nearby. Alton Towers Theme Park is around 15 miles away. Locally the accommodation offers some interesting walks and landmarks.
