Only one mile from the beach, shops and coastal path this traditional Devon thatched cottage, with its own pretty garden enjoy a secluded position, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, for a relaxing and tranquil holiday.
It has been extensively equipped to the highest standard with all the modern conveniences. Prices are inclusive of electricity, gas, central heating linen and towels.

Double doors lead into the light conservatory facing onto the back garden.
Off the lounge, an open doorway leads to the newly refurbished modern, well equipped Elm kitchen. With built in fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob. A microwave and washer/dryer and gas boiler for the central heating.
The downstairs bathroom is off the kitchen and has a bath with overhead shower, toilet and washbasin.
Doors lead from the kitchen and conservatory to the back porch where a few steps go up to the secluded garden with a sunny patio, garden furniture and BBQ.
First Floor: On this level, there are two bedrooms one double and one twin a cot is available on request.
Downstairs bedroom extension: The new bedroom is situated between the two cottages and is accessed from the conservatory.
It has been built to the highest standard and designed to accommodate people with mobility impairment. There is plenty of space around the beds, large doorways and en suite wetroom. The beds are two metres long and one is electric. This room has its own flat screen television with remote control.
Just 300 yards away is the local pub where good food can be enjoyed and a carvery on Sunday lunchtime. The nearest shops and restaurants are in Budleigh and a large Tesco supermarket is just 3 miles towards Exmouth. The area generally has something to offer everyone.
