Bovey Castle is situated on acres of stunning grounds and gardens, outside of North Bovey in Devon. We offer guests luxurious hotel accommodation which is surrounded by the breathtaking Dartmoor National Park. There are beautiful hotel rooms, a fine dining restaurant, spa facilities, golf facilities and wonderful wedding packages to suit all sizes and styles.

There are 60 hotel rooms at Bovey Castle, all of which are spacious, comfortable, tastefully decorated and beautifully furnished. Each hotel room has uninterrupted views of the surrounding valley, courtyard or 1st tee. Many of the suites also include a separate seating and living area which is perfect for those who are looking for extra space to relax or parents with young children. Dogs are welcome in our hotel for an additional price. This includes bedding for your canine friend and a bowl. Cages are available on request.

For those with limited mobility or in a wheelchair, we have an accessible hotel room available on the ground floor. This has a level entry wet room and can be made up as a double or twin bedroom. The bathroom includes vertical and horizontal grab rails around the shower and non-slip flooring. Bovey Castle welcomes dogs into its bedrooms and provisions can be made for an assistance dog to stay in the room. A disabled toilet is located on the ground floor with non-slip flooring, vertical and horizontal rails either side of the basin and toilet, as well as lever taps on the sink. The toilet is also fitted with an emergency alarm.

We offer an array of tantalising dishes using locally sourced fresh ingredients from Devon and the South West. We also provided private dining and an indulgent afternoon tea.

The golf course at Bovey Castle is a challenging and beautiful 18 hole championship course. Designed to rival its sister courses at Gleneagles and Turnberry, this course has been described as an experience of golf never to be forgotten, presenting the pure challenge of golf to professional and amateur alike. The course meanders through the hotel estate, surrounded by idyllic landscape and challenges to meet any handicap.

Bovey Castle also offers a fully equipped clubhouse, driving range, golf academy and bistro for pre and post-match meals and snacks.
