Dunedin Cottage is a three storey, dog friendly self catering cottage. It is set in a delightful position on the quayside in Dittisham. This riverside location is one of the most beautiful spots in South Devon. Dunedin Cottage is a short drive from the town of Dartmouth and ideally placed for visiting Paignton and Brixham.

This holiday cottage is upside down in its layout in that the living space is on the second floor to make the most of the panoramic views. There are 3 bedrooms which consist of a king size, double and twin. The living room comes with a TV/DVD player, CD player and wood briner. The open plan kitchen/diner has a Range cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and dining table. Glass doors lead from the kitchen our to the deck and rear lawn. At the front is a seating area on the quayside.

Dunedin also benefits from having a studio in the garden that consists of a twin bedroom with en suite shower, toilet and basin, sitting room, TV and bi-fold doors onto a decking area.

Dittisham is a charming village which has 2 pubs, Post Office, shop, playground and café. The stunning port town of Dartmouth is just a few miles away. Dartmouth has many shops, restaurants and museums.

There are an array of attractions in this area which include Dartmouth Steam Railway, Woodlands Theme Park, Dartmouth Castle and Paignton Zoo.
