Avoncourt Lodge provides pet friendly bed and breakfast accommodation down a private road in Ilfracombe. The accommodation is light and spacious and gives immediate access to the Torrs Coastal Path. This is the perfect destination for a relaxing break with beautiful surrounding scenery.

The bedrooms are all en suite and include a TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Three of them have small balconies. The views are over Ilfracombe from the front and to the rocky cliff garden in the back – sea views are stunning, but only from the top of the Torrs walk, which runs past the front door and up to the cliffs, about 500 yards further on. The ground floor bedroom is ideal for dog owners. Rates include a cooked breakfast using locally sourced produce.

Other facilities at the accommodation include a lounge library, drying room, secure storage and an honesty bar. Outside is a lovely garden with seating.

The fishing port of Ilfracombe is a 10 minute walk. It has plenty of amenities and is renowned for the artist Damien Hirst. Dog owners, walkers and cyclists will enjoy being on the doorstep of the South West Coastal Path. Also, this is the perfect place for exploring the stunning coastline. Other places to enjoy include Ilfracombe Aquarium, Watermouth Castle and Chambercombe Manor.
