Nethway Farm Holiday Cottages offers superb self catering accommodation in Kingswear. Our 5 cottages are nested in a hidden valley in glorious Devonshire countryside, ideal for an idyllic getaway. We close to Dartmouth and a great base for exploring the local area.

Our 5 beautifully furnished cottages have been tastefully converted from old farm buildings. They are all well-equipped and come with cosy living areas with Satellite TV, comfortable bedrooms, quality bathrooms and fully equipped kitchens. Outside each cottage is a seating area with garden furniture to relax in.

Hyssop Cottage – Sleeps 5: This lovely cottage has a spacious farmhouse style kitchen and a lounge with a toasty log burner. Glassed patio doors from the living area leads to a delightful enclosed private terrace with seating. There is a downstairs WC and upstairs there is a king room and a triple room which can be turned into a room with a super-king and single. A large bathroom is also upstairs.

Tarragon Cottage – Sleeps 6: Our recently refurbished cottage offers truly exceptional accommodation and is great for families or groups of friends. There are two dining areas, a relaxing lounge with a cosy fire and a well-equipped kitchen. Double doors from the lounge and kitchen lead to a wonderful terrace area with a table and chairs. Upstairs there is a king and two twin rooms. Upstairs there is also a bathroom and separate shower room/WC. A further WC is downstairs.

Lovage Cottage - Sleeps 4: This charming cottage is ideal for couples or a family getaway. A stable door leads straight to the lounge and dining room. Double glass doors from the living area leads to an enclosed private terrace with a table and chairs and a garden to the rear. Upstairs there is a king room and twin room which can be made into a super king. Both rooms share a bathroom.

Meadowsweet - Sleeps 6: Our wonderful cottage has a relaxing living area with an L shaped sofa in front of a toasty wood burner. The well-equipped kitchen opens onto the living area, making it a great space to socialise in. Downstairs there is a double room and upstairs there is a large king and triple room. On the first floor, there is also a double room overlooking the terrace. Outside there is an enclosed patio area, perfect for al fresco dining. There is also a lawned area at the front.

Chamomile Cottage – Sleeps 5: This delightful cottage enjoys glorious views over the farm and comes with a modern kitchen. The recently decorated living/dining room has comfy seating and a log-burning stove. Upstairs there is a master king room, a twin and a single room. A bathroom is on the first floor and downstairs there is a WC. The living area has French doors which open onto the terrace area with seating.

Hyssop, Lovage and Meadowsweet are dog friendly. We like to make sure your four-legged friend have a great time too and offer a range of doggie features, including a dog bowel, sofa throw, poo bags, treats and hoses for washing them after a muddy walk.

Onsite we have a range of fantastic facilities for all the family, including an indoor swimming pool, playroom for 5 years old & under and a play barn. Children will also love coming to feed our goats and ponies.

The Southwest Coastal Path is the longest National Trail in the UK and only a mile away. Coleton Fishacre is a 1920s country house with gorgeous gardens and sea views and the Dartmouth Steam Railway offers a magical ride along the countryside and coastline. Further attractions to visit include:
