Webber Hill Farm Cottages provide fabulous self catering accommodation on the edge of Sampford Courtenay. Our two cottages are located amongst lush fields in an area brimming with wonderful wildlife, perfect for an idyllic break in Devon. We are close to Okehampton and not far from Dartmoor National Park.

Dreamcatcher Cottage – Sleeps 2 plus 1: This charming cottage has been beautifully converted to offer spacious and cosy accommodation. The cottage boasts a secluded, enclosed garden, underfloor heating and a toasty wood burner, ideal for the ultimate romantic getaway. The garden comes with garden furniture and a BBQ for al fresco dining and is fully secure, perfect for your four-legged friend.

The well-equipped kitchen has a range of appliances and features for making delicious home-cooked dishes: oak cupboards, granite work surfaces, a range cooker (gas hob and 2 electric ovens), microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and under-counter fridge with 4* freezer compartment. You can unwind in the open plan lounge area which has a 3" Panasonic LCD Freesat TV with a DVD player, log burner and underfloor heating.

The bedroom comes with a comfortable 6ft super-king size bed which can be made into 2 singles. On the mezzanine floor is a cosy day bed and 4ft futon which can be made as a bed if required. The shower room has a large shower enclosure with a power shower.

Moonseeker – Sleeps 4: Our wonderful cottage offers everything you need for a relaxing family or group holiday. This used to be the shippon when Webber Hill was a working farm and now offers light, spacious and relaxing accommodation. Outside in the enclosed garden there is garden furniture on a decked patio which leads to the grassy garden. You can often see livestock in the field beyond, perfect for an authentic rural experience.

The well-equipped kitchen has a large farmhouse table to seat 4 and a range style gas cooker with 2 ovens and 8 burners, a dishwasher, fridge, separate freezer, microwave and washing machine. The cupboards are bespoke oak units with granite work surfaces. A lovely lounge area is perfect for relaxing in after a day in the countryside. Features include a 40" Panasonic Smart TV with a DVD player and a Pure Contour D1 digital radio with Apple doc. Both upstairs and downstairs has underfloor heating.

Two en suite bedrooms are separated by a bridge walkway and come with a 5ft king-size bed and 6ft super-king zip and link which can be made into a twin. Each bedroom has a delightful Velux window for stargazing. Both en suites have power showers.

We charge a supplement of £25 per dog or cat. Smaller pets are free. We provide your dogs with a pet paw wiping towel per stay and we provide a welcome doggy treat, a fresh bowl of water and a fleecy doggy throw. We are also happy to look after your dog for a short while if you are popping to the shops – please enquire for details. Throws are provided for cats but guests should provide their own litter tray and bowls.

The local area is great for walking, cycling, sightseeing or simply relaxing. Head to the Museum of Dartmoor Life for a fascinating day out or visit Okehampton Castle, once the largest castle in England. The castle is a great spot for a picnic and offers stunning views. Lydford Gorge is the deepest gorge in the South West and offers amazing scenery to see. Further attractions to see include:
