Little Cot: This charming cottage has been recently refurbished to a high standard and comes with a king-size bed with en suite facilities and a relaxing kitchen/sitting room. Outside there is a delightful, enclosed garden to relax in and a private hot tub to soak your troubles away.

Stable Cottage: Our fabulous cottage has been beautifully refurbished to offer high-quality accommodation. Inside there is a lovely king-size bedroom and one twin with en suite facilities. Outside there is an enclosed garden for al fresco dining and a private hot tub to unwind in.

Taw: 4 Berth-Home: Our brand new 4 berth fishing lodge comes with a double and twin room, shower room, kitchen facilities and a TV.

Tamar & Torridge: 6-Berth Homes: This newly refurbished lodge comes with a double and two twin rooms. There is a private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and shower room.

Please note, the lodges are close to the lakes and so we recommend constant supervision of young children.

We have 3 wonderful lakes to fish in, full of carp, perch and bream. The lakes are perfect for a keen angler or casual observer, offering a relaxing experience in a scenic setting for everyone. Top lake holds many carp doubles, as well as our stock of tench. You’ll also find rudd, golden rudd, perch and skimmer bream too. The Middle Lake contains most of the species that we stock and The Bottom Lake offers some good size carp.

Holsworthy is a traditional market town around 10 minutes away and offers a small cluster of shops around the square. There are several inns, cafes and tea rooms nearby. Every Wednesday there is a popular Pannier market in the square and the Holsworthy Museum offers fascinating displays from a bygone era. Further attractions to see in Devon include:
