Our wonderful property has been beautifully renovated to offer high-quality accommodation. The house still maintains many period features and offers outstanding views toward Dartmoor from the lower garden. Outside there is an enclosed private front garden, patio with garden furniture and a BBQ, great for al fresco dining in the afternoon sun. You are also welcome to explore the grounds which has further BBQs and ponds where chickens and ducks are dotted around.

A charming south facing-sitting room offers a Georgian feel and includes a toasty wood burner, Freeview TV, radio and DVD. The windows enjoys fantastic views over the large lawn and formal gardens. A second lounge comes with a TV, DVD player and open log fire. The whole family will love the wood-panelled den which houses a bar billiards, piano and children’s games.

You can also unwind in the conservatory which enjoys delightful views over the walled garden and ponds. Steps lead out to a lovely patio, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine whilst savouring the views. A spacious farmhouse kitchen is great for cooking up a storm and includes a fuel Rangemaster with electric ovens, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and food processor. Enjoy some delicious meals around the large dining table which can seat 14. Next to the kitchen is a laundry/drying room.

A ground floor self-contained apartments includes a small kitchen area and a double en suite. An exterior door leads to the patio and has direct access to the conservatory.

Upstairs there 6 attractive bedrooms: a lavish master double en suite room, a double en suite, two twin rooms, a bunk room and a bedroom with a 4ft 6in bed. The main bathroom has a shower over the bathroom and all the bathrooms have large illuminated mirrors, heated towel rails and shaver points.

We are in a brilliant position for exploring the area. The Blue Flag beach at Blackpool Sands is only 10 minutes away and the surfing beach at Batham is around 20 minutes away. You can also enjoy direct access to the south west coast path, great for keen walkers.
