Seacroft is a holiday home perched above the North Devon coastline, a stone's throw from the sandy expanse of Woolacombe beach. Its location gifts visitors with mesmerising, panoramic views of the sea, making it a peaceful haven for the senses.

This holiday cottage boasts a large, modern kitchen-dining space equipped with a unique circular slate dining table, comfortably catering to ten guests. The bay window seats in the dining area allow guests to soak in the stunning seascape while dining. The kitchen is fitted with high-end appliances, including a range-style cooker, a spacious fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, with complimentary tea, coffee and sugar provided upon arrival. A high chair is also available for our smallest guests.

Seacroft features two living spaces, each furnished with plush sofas. The formal living room includes a 32-inch TV and DVD player, while the cosy back lounge offers a large L-shape sofa and a 50-inch plasma TV with DVD player, perfect for movie nights. Wi-Fi broadband extends throughout the interior and exterior of the property.

For outdoor enthusiasts, a wet room is available to freshen up after a day of surfing, swimming, or walking. Additionally, a utility room is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.

The cottage accommodates up to ten guests across five generously sized bedrooms, each with its own high-quality ensuite bathroom. Cotton linens and bath towels are provided for each guest, along with feather pillows and duvets, with additional bedding available upon request.

A path winds through a terraced rockery to a patio, further leading to a secluded sitting area adjacent to National Trust land, boasting extensive coastal views. The garden is perfect for both children and pets to explore.
