Bakers Mill Farm Holiday Cottages offer self catering accommodation situated in beautiful rural Dorset at Mosterton and just a short drive from Beaminster. All of our holiday homes are full of charm and character and feel extremely welcoming and homely.

Threshers Barn:

Our Grade 2 listed stone barn is full of character with exposed beams and high vaulted ceilings giving it a light airy feel.

3 double bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom.

Master bedroom with hand carved four poster and en suite bathroom.

Twin bedroom with en suite bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Ground floor third bedroom with twin single beds and en suite shower room.

The downstairs is open plan with a kitchen and sitting area. We have an extending dining table that can seat up to 14.

Harvest Cottage (Wheelchair accessible):

This lovely spacious cottage renovated from the stables sleeps 4 plus 2. It has a large master bedroom with en suite wet room and a further bedroom with en suite shower room. A sofa bed in the sitting room will sleep 2 more if required.

The kitchen area is open to the sitting room and there is a dining table seating at least 6.

Outside is an enclosed courtyard to the front with parking space adjacent to the cottage with a further courtyard at the back overlooking the fields.

Millers Cottage:

On one level this cottage is cosy but maintains a light airy feel due to high vaulted ceilings in the living area which is open plan with kitchen and dining table.

Sleeping 3, there is a large double bedroom with super king size bed which can be converted to twin single divans.

It is approached through a second bedroom with a single divan.

The bathroom is off this room with a shower over the bath.

The back door from the kitchen leads to an enclosed garden laid to lawn with views across the fields.

The Wheatsheaf:

Very spacious, all on one level, with exposed beams and vaulted ceilings.

Sleeping 2; it has a large bedroom with super king size bed and en suite bathroom with over bath shower.

Large open plan living area with kitchen and dining table.

Back door from the kitchen leads to an enclosed garden laid to lawn.

The Granary:

With immense charm and character, this cottage sleeps 2.

The bedroom on the first floor has a vaulted ceiling and exposed beams and has a king size sleigh bed.

Downstairs is a shower room, the kitchen and cosy sitting room with exposed beams.

With the rill running outside the door this is a lovely cottage to sit out in the evenings and listen to the sound of the running water and look at the night sky.

The Cobb:

Light airy cottage and spacious but still feels cosy. Vaulted ceilings and exposed beams throughout. Sleeps 2.

The bedroom has a super king size bed which can be converted to twin divans.

En suite bathroom with shower over the bath.

Open plan living area with large kitchen dining area.

The garden is at the back, approached alongside the wildlife pond, which is adjacent to the cottage.

We have a large games room on site, situated in the cottage courtyard. Available for all our visitors, you will be provided with a key to use this facility along with your cottage key. We have a table tennis table, snooker table, table football and darts board. There are also board games and toys for young children and babies. A selection of books, information racks, and maps of the local area are all available.

There is coarse fishing available on our two private fishing lakes close to the holiday cottages. These are two well established lakes covering about 1.5 acres of varying depths to 10 feet.
