Facilities include a smart TV with Netflix and outside there is a delightful patio area with a BBQ grill, outdoor seating and hammock. Maximum 1 dog.

Stables – Sleeps 2: This historic property boasts many original features, including exposed beams, 250-year-old floors and horse tie-up points in the walls. From the pretty garden, you can enjoy views of wildlife like deer and pheasants. The barn has been wonderfully furnished with floral accents, both natural and artistic. You can unwind in the living room which comes with a smart TV with Netflix and the dining table seats up to 2 people. A fully equipped kitchen includes a gas oven and mini-fridge. You can lay you head at night on the king-size bed which includes a memory foam mattress, Amazon Echo and a smart TV. A full bathroom comes with a walk-in shower. Maximum 1 dog.

Cosy Annexe with private hot tub – Sleeps 4: Our fantastic property is part of the Downwood Vineyard Cottage and includes a delightful outdoor garden/patio with a hot tub. On the ground floor is a living/dining room with a real fireplace and access to the outside area. A well-equipped kitchen comes with a walk-in pantry and breakfast bar. A family bathroom is on the first floor and a WC is downstairs. On the top floor is a comfortable master bedroom with a walk-in dressing room. A second bedroom is also available. Maximum 2 dogs.

Charming Cottage with private hot tub – Sleeps 7: This fantastic cottage is perfect for a group or family looking for somewhere special to stay. You can relax and socialise in the living/dining area which has access to the garden/patio area. The lovely kitchen comes with a walk-in pantry and breakfast bar. On the top floor, there is a master, single and double room. Another en suite double is also available and on the first floor there is a family bathroom. Maximum 2 dogs.

Downwood Vineyard Manor House – Sleeps 16: Our magnificent property is ideal for an unforgettable holiday in a wonderful location. This grand Victorian house is elegantly furnished and fitted to a high standard. You relax with a glass of prosecco in the hot tub whilst savouring views over the superb landscaped gardens. You can explore 30 acres of private woods or play a game of pool in the games room. Inside you will find a well-equipped kitchen, 8 bedrooms and great spaces to relax in. Maximum 3 dogs.
