Nutley Farm in Winfrith Heath offers outstanding self catering accommodation in 3 cottages, 1 Lodge and 1 caravan, set within Tadnol Heath Nature Reserve. We are in a great location for a tranquil getaway and within easy reach of Moreton, Corfe Castle, Wareham and Dorchester, plus the amazing World Heritage Jurassic coastline.

Our charming cottages are elegantly furnished and come with a range of fabulous facilities to suit all your needs. Lovely features include gorgeous, exposed beams and toasty underfloor heating for the winter months.

Cherry Barn: Is great for a memorable holiday in a scenic part of the country. The well-equipped kitchen is great for home-cooking and includes an oven, a hob, a microwave and a fridge. Unwind in the cosy open plan sitting room which comes with a smart Freesat TV, DVD player, dining table and exposed beams. A spacious bedroom comes with a double bed and bunk bed and the bathroom has a large corner bath and power shower. Outside there is a patio with a table and chairs plus a BBQ for al fresco dining.

Willow Barn: This delightful barn comes with everything you need for a magical getaway in the country. The master bedroom has a king size and the second bedroom has two single beds. Both rooms share a large family bathroom with a modern suite and a large power shower. After a busy day sightseeing, unwind in the cosy open plan sitting room which has comfy seating, a smart Freesat TV, DVD player and dining area. Cook up a storm in the fully-equipped kitchen which has an oven, a hob, a microwave and separate free-standing fridge freezer. Outside there is a pretty enclosed dog-proof garden with garden furniture and a BBQ.

The Gatehouse: This property benefits from a Quatro Spa Hot Tub and offers a contemporary feel and comes with a lovely open plan living area with a sectioned-off sleeping area containing a double bed. The living area has a smart TV, DVD player and a wood burner for the chillier months. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, a hob, a microwave and fridge and has a dining area. The bathroom comes with a shower. Outside there is a relaxing garden with a patio area, great for a coffee in the morning sun.

The Lodge: The Lodge is a mobile home that has wonderful countryside views overlooking the field with sheep, Alpaca, and horses. The open plan sitting room is well furnished with a 3-seater comfy reclining sofa, flat-screen TV/ with a dining table overlooking the fields. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a gas oven and hob, a microwave fridge, and a freezer. There is a bathroom with a shower. The Lodge has one double room with on-suite access to the bathroom and a second bedroom equipped with two 2ft single beds, this is suited to children as space is limited.

Heath View Caravan: We offer a modern well-equipped Bailey Unicorn 4 berth twin axel caravan for hire here at Nutley Farm. Heath View comes kitted out with everything you should need for an enjoyable stay, from a well-equipped kitchen to bedding and towels. Even if you have never caravanned before this is a great opportunity to enjoy the beautiful surroundings with everything set up for you. Facilities include Sleek modern design and styling throughout,, CD Player/Radio, Flatscreen TV with built-in DVD player, Blown Air Central Heating System.

Guests who stay 4 or more nights receive a hamper of fresh produce from the farm including eggs from our chickens. You can also enjoy a magical carriage drive around the amazing countryside via our glorious fresian horse Ipon or meet one of our friendly alpacas on a walk around the farm. We also have a purpose-built boules courts, please ask if you would like to borrow the set.

We are in the ideal location for discovering all that the area has to offer. You can walk along the scenic walking and cycling routes in the area and admire the natural landscape.
