Our fabulous lodges, Bengairn and Kipphaven, are nestled in Kipp Paddock, an exclusive development of 10 lodges that boast stunning views of the landscaped lochan and picturesque gardens. Both lodges enjoy private parking and enclosed decking, with breathtaking views over the open countryside. You can also wander around the woodland to the rear, including an 8000-year-old bluebell area and a breeding red squirrel population.

Each is tastefully furnished and comes with a range of facilities to suit all your needs, including gas and electricity. Inside there is a spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area with a breakfast bar. Three large and attractive bedrooms are available: a king en suite, a twin room and an adult-sized bunk room with an additional shower room. The modern en suite includes jet-spa facilities; perfect for relaxing in your own hot tub with a glass of wine while enjoying delightful views of the glorious countryside.

We are fortunate to be in a fantastic position, with lovely forestry walks from the site offering routes to magnificent viewpoints, offering spectacular views over the Lake District and Galloway Hills. The county of Dumfries and Galloway offers something for everyone, including rocky headlands, ancient abbeys and gorgeous landscapes. Head to Carlingtonwark Loch near Castle Douglas for delightful walks along the water or stroll along the Sandyhills Beach. Cyclists are also spoilt for choice, with over 450 miles of signposted cycle routes across the region. Great attractions to visit include:
