Named after the Officers Mess on a warship The Wardroom Restaurant uses locally sourced produce and has a well-deserved reputation for offering contemporary cuisine, combining international flavours with traditional cooking techniques. By contrast, The Mess Deck Bar and Terrace offers an all-day informal menu with outside seating in the warmer months which perfectly complement the calm, serene interior all year around.

Brighton’s original Assembly Rooms form part of the hotels 11 function rooms suiting events for up to 250 whilst the restored Wine Cellars allows for a unique private dining experience for up to 30.
