Cottages

We have a range of holiday cottages to choose from. Fox and Otter have been converted from a stable block and Dairy has been converted from a former dairy building. All the cottages come with handmade wooden furniture, an open plan living/dining/area and 2 bedrooms.

Each cottage has a well-equipped kitchen with an integrated full size fridge freezer, oven and separate grill, ceramic hob or gas and microwave. Unwind in the living room after a day sightseeing. Facilities include a TV with Freeview, DVD player and Hi-Fi.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed and TV and bedroom 2 has twin or bunk beds. Otter and Fox cottages have baths with showers, while Dairy has a wet room with a shower.

Outside there are enclosed private courtyard gardens with a table, chairs and BBQ for al fresco dining.

Caravans

Our static caravans are based near the ornamental pond in a peaceful location. In total, we have 5 caravans which come with a range of features. Each caravan has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower cubicle.

The well-equipped kitchen comes with a range of appliances including a microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and cooker. There is a dining table. Unwind in the lounge that comes with Freeview TV, a DVD player and Hi-Fi.

Each of our caravans has a picnic table and there is also an open grassed area and giant outdoor games.

Onsite facilities include a 3-acre fishing lake, playground, games room and laundry room. You can also see our friendly farm animals roaming around the site.

We are only 2 miles from the market town of Beverley which has cobbled streets, high street names, independent hops, and antique arcade, historic buildings and attractions. The city of York is 45 minutes away, home to the Jorvik Viking Centre and York Maze. Burnby Hall Gardens offers beautiful gardens to wander around. Attractions to visit include:

Flamingo Land.

Beverley Racecourse.

Hornsea Mere.

Honeysuckle Farm.
