Rufflets Country House Hotel in St. Andrews in fife is the perfect holiday break for you and your dog. We are very happy to welcome well behaved dogs, by prior arrangement, in our external accommodation. Unfortunately, not all our guests are dog lovers so we ask that pets are not brought into the main house.

Not only do five of our hotel bedrooms and our three self catering lodges have direct access out into the 10 acres of hotel grounds, we are surrounded by fantastic country walks and excellent beaches for your dog to enjoy.

All our four-legged guests receive a luxury welcome pack on arrival and various items such as drying towels, leads, bowls and beds are available to borrow from Reception (subject to availability).

Dog tariff:

Hotel accommodation - £10.00 per dog per night (max of 2 dogs per room)

Self catering lodges - £25.00 per dog per stay (max of 2 dogs per lodge)

Rufflets Lodge:

The Orchard Suite is a self-contained suite within Rufflets Lodge, 50 yards from the main Hotel, with its own private parking. This spacious ground floor suite has a comfortable sitting and a large double bedroom with views of the garden. There is also a small sheltered private garden for guests use.

Family Room 26 occupies the west wing of Rufflets Lodge and offers a master double bedroom, a smaller twin bedded room and a shared bathroom.

The Gatehouse:

The Gatehouse is situated at the main entrance to Rufflets and is only a short walk to the front door of the hotel. Parking is conveniently provided to the rear of the property. The Gatehouse, which was fully refurbished in 2017, consists of a Superior Double/Twin room, and a larger Family Suite. Both rooms are on the ground floor.

Rufflets offers a choice of three-holiday lodges located within the hotel grounds, ideal for friends, families and golfing groups seeking the privacy and relaxed informality of their own home, yet with the facilities of a four-star hotel on the doorstep.
