Lindores offers outstanding self catering accommodation near the village of Newburgh, based in a gorgeous area of Fife. Based on our gorgeous family farm, our luxury accommodation is perfect for families, friends, horse riders, bikers, dog owners and couples looking for somewhere special to stay.

Our 4 fabulous properties are perfect for the ultimate rural retreat in the country. The farm boasts amazing views of the countryside, with the Scottish National Heritage recognising it as a ‘Special Landscape Area’. We are pet friendly and also offer fantastic Equestrian facilities, making us perfect for a horse-riding holiday.

All our properties offer unique accommodation and boasts glorious hot tubs to soak yourself in. Each property is furnished to the highest standard including en suites, a living room with sofas beds, bedrooms that can be set up as a twin or double, private parking and gardens, 4G and free Wi-Fi.

Lindores Lodge: Our fantastic lodge comes with 3 beautiful bedrooms which can be made as twin or king-size room. The two bedrooms upstairs have en suites, whilst downstairs there is a further bedroom, a large wet room and boot toom. The wonderful kitchen/living room offer outstanding views of the countryside.

West Cottage: This superb cottage is our newest holiday home and offers everything you need for a luxurious countryside break. Inside there are stylish interiors plus a toasty log fire for the winter months. Downstairs there is a utility room, bathroom with shower, open plan kitchen, dining and living room with floor-to-ceiling windows which take advantage of the breathtaking views. Upstairs the en suite bedrooms include powerful showers.

The Glasshouse: Our charming property offers simple contemporary interiors and spectacular views. Inside there two en suite bedrooms which can be made as super kings or twins. The bathrooms include opulent double-ended freestanding baths and underfloor heating. Access to the middle en suite is a ‘Jack and Jill’ design for flexibility.

The Arches: This delightful property is perfect for a romantic getaway in a scenic location. Inside the quirky open plan house are lots of stunning touches, plus a surprisingly large amount of space to unwind in. You can also enjoy some al fresco dining in the enclosed courtyard after a dip in the hot tub.

This part of the country has something for everyone including walking and hikes, golf, shooting, biking, fishing and much more. We have even created exclusive lunch and dinner packages with award-winning Lindores Abbey Distillery for groups of 4-10 people. BBQ fans can enjoy The Hide, Fife’s latest gem.
