Brook Cottage is over two hundred years old and can be found in Swansea, Glamorgan. It is comfortably yet simply furnished and has electric heating throughout.

Accommodation:

Lounge - This character room has an inglenook fireplace, wood-burning stove, TV with DVD player and stairs which lead to the bedrooms and bathrooms.
Kitchen - This room is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, small chest freezer, microwave and washing machine. Hand towels and tea towels are supplied. French doors lead to a decked area and from that into the garden.
Bedrooms - There are 3 bedrooms which can sleep 5 people in total.
Bathroom - This room has a bath with an electric shower, toilet and washbasin.
Garden - This garden is enclosed with furniture and a gas BBQ.
Games shed.

There are lots of things to do, walking, beaches, bird watching to name but a few, we have plenty of tourist information in the cottage to help you choose your activities.
