Our uniquely converted farm buildings run alongside the River Mimram and offer a blend of old and new to create high-quality accommodation. Surrounded by 700 acres of stunning countryside, we are a true haven for peace and tranquillity.

We have 44 beautiful bedrooms and suites to choose from: premier, superior, deluxe and four-poster rooms. All the rooms come with a private bathroom, flat screen TV, DVD player, desk space, free Wi-Fi, tea and coffee making facilities, bottled water, iron and ironing board and a hair dryer. Some rooms boast gorgeous beamed ceilings.

Accommodation is also available at Kingsbridge House. Rooms can be booked individually or for the whole house. Within the house, there is a meeting room, kitchen, communal living areas and two hot tubs. For a luxurious break, you can stay in our self-contained lakeside building which enjoys lakeside views. The room comes with a lovely private hot tub to relax in.

Our heritage is in farming and this is reflected in our food. The Williams Bar and Restaurant is a converted chicken shed which now offers a two-rosette fine dining experience. The Cowshed Bar and Restaurant is our newest eating establishment and offers creative afternoon tea between Monday and Sunday. On Friday and Saturday evenings it transforms into the Cowshed Steakhouse.
