Glen Livet is a 3 bedroom semi-detached bungalow which sleeps 8 people, catering specifically for a family or couples and recently extended to provide luxury accommdation with a double en-suite bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a sun room. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, fridge, cooker and laundry facilities. All towels and linen are provided, and a cot & highchair are available if required. Pets are welcome. This is an excellent base for exploring all of the diverse activities offered by the Spey Valley.

The sun room has a breakfast bar, a flat screen TV/DVD combination and a CD player to relax to while sitting on comfortable cane seating. The room is bright and airy and leads out to a patio area that is fully enclosed by 6 foot fencing so privacy is ensured. The Strathspey Steam Railway line runs past the end of the garden, but is separated from it by a full height fence. Garden furniture and a gas barbecue are provided.

Glen Livet has a spacious lounge/dining room with colour TV, DVD Freesat and CD player and comfortably seats 5 adults. The sofa extends to a double bed to accommodate additional guests.

The first twin bedroom is great for kids or adults providing sufficient cupboard space for all your holiday items. The additional twin bedroom overlooks the patio area.

The double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower, wash-hand basin and WC. Double windows look out to Craigellachie at the back and onto the decking area of the garden and the side double patio doors lead out to the private patio area.

The modern kitchen has all the facilities you will ever require, including integrated fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, cooker and dishwasher. Included is all cutlery, pots/pans, china and a microwave and toaster completes this facility that leads into the dining room and sun room on either side.

The back garden is fully enclosed by Ranch fencing, meaning safety for children and pets. It includes a lovely decked area that is a real sun-trap and entices all to sit out, relax and enjoy the fresh air of the Highlands. Garden furniture and a barbecue are provided. The house is situated next to the steam railway line which runs throughout most seasons - a great location for all you train spotters.
