We have four stunning cottages to choose from, with three located on the estate grounds and one cottage just a few minutes away. All the cottages are beautifully furnished and come with everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. They all come with cosy cottages, modern bathrooms, beautiful bedrooms and well-equipped kitchens.

The Granary: This fabulous and spacious property comes with an open plan lounge, dining area and modern kitchen. The elegant lounge has a comfy leather sofa and chairs, a large flat-screen TV with a surround sound home cinema system, DVD player and CD players. Bedrooms consist of one double and one twin. Both rooms share a bathroom.

The Hayloft: Our outstanding one-bedroom cottage is perfect for a romantic retreat in a rural setting. Inside there is an open plan living area and a fully-equipped kitchen/dining area. The lounge has two comfy sofas, a large flat-screen TV with a surround sound home cinema system and DVD and CD players. Enjoy a restful night’s sleep in the king room and enjoy a morning coffee on the balcony whilst savouring the view.

The Stalls: Our charming cottage enjoys glorious country views down the sea and sleeps 2 in a double bedroom. There is a stylish open plan lounge with a dining area and a bright kitchen with a breakfast bar.

Our complimentary welcome pack includes Manx butter, milk and honey, local bread, fresh eggs from the farm, cookies and coffee and hot chocolate pods for the coffee machine. There is a giant chess set on the grounds and You’ll find peacocks, peahens and chickens wandering in the estate grounds, and of course horses in the neighbouring fields and stables.

All dwellings are set in the beautiful Manx countryside near Castletown in the South of the Island and are perfect for couples or families wanting to get away for a break. An ideal base from which to explore the Island or to pursue your favourite pastimes! Play a game of golf on one of the many local courses, visit historical sites such as Castle Rushen, go bird watching on the Calf, or take a walk along one of the many beaches and around the coastal shores.

The local attractions and the airport are conveniently to hand with Castletown and Ballasalla just five minutes down the road and other towns in the South of the Island, Port St Mary, Port Erin and Cregneash are just a further short drive away. The capital of the Island, Douglas, is twenty minutes in the car.
