Mables Cottage offers charming self catering accommodation in Sheader on the Isle of Skye. We are nestled on the scenic Glen Uig on the north west coast, just under a mile from the renowned Fairy Glen and only 2 miles from Uig Pier.

Our pet friendly holiday home is based in a gorgeous location, set in a third of an acre of mature gardens and boasting stunning countryside views. We are also the ideal place to bring your four-legged friend and provide bowls, beds and furniture covers (so that you can travel that little bit lighter) at no extra cost.

This delightful cottage is tastefully furnished and comes with a cosy lounge to unwind in after a day in the countryside. Catch your favourite show on the flat-screen TV/DVD player with includes a Sky+ package. The toasty fuel burner will keep you toasty in the winter months and a starter pack of coal and logs is provided.

A delightful county style kitchen is perfect for cooking up a storm and comes with a range of appliances including a double oven range style cooker with five electric hobs and a warming area, kettle, toaster, food mixer and blender. Enjoy some delicious meals around the dining table. A useful utility room comes with a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing and ironing, board, fridge, upright freezer, dishwasher and microwave.

Two attractive bedrooms are available: a king room and a super king/twin bedroom. Both rooms have a TV with a DVD player and Freeview. The bedrooms share a bathroom with a P shaped bath including an integrated shower.

Our wonderful garden comes with a BBQ, picnic bench and outdoor seating, the perfect space for al fresco dining whilst savouring glorious views over Glen Conon. Lots of bird feeders are dotted about, making this a great space for bird watching. Regularly you can see a pair of Golden Eagles flying nearby as well.
