Wyreside Lakes Fishery and Campsite in Dolphinholme offers pitches for camper and tourers, set in a stunning position on our 120 acres of farmland at the foot of the Bowland Fells. Our campsite near Lancaster in Lancashire has 6 well-stocked fishing lakes to enjoy and is perfect for a tranquil and relaxing holiday.

Our award-winning site is nestled in a picturesque countryside setting, a haven for nature looking to escape the pressures of modern life. We have grass electric pitches for caravans, campervans and motor homes and lush green fields for tents to camp in.

Onsite there is a toilet and shower block, plus a disabled/baby changing room (this room is kept locked so please ask for a key) and also an onsite shop and launderette, equipped with hairdryer and iron. Children and have lots of fun at the safe outdoor play area. Children are also allowed in the arcade & clubhouse in the evenings.

You can remove the stress of putting up your own tent by staying in one of our charming pods. Our pods sleep 2, 3 or 4 people and we allow up to 2 medium dogs in our family pods but not the mini pod.

Our well-stocked waters are a paradise for fishing enthusiasts. The lakes are stocked with carp and pike – please enquire for details.

You can visit nearby Lancaster, home to stunning architecture, interesting shops, great restaurants and friendly pubs. See glorious Lancaster Castle, a wonderful 15th Century castle that overlooks Lancaster and the River Lune. Wander around beautiful Williamson Park which has a mini zoo for young ones.
