Broccoli Bottom offers self catering accommodation set in Manton in the heart of Rutland. Three miles from Oakham, the county town of Rutland, and only three miles from Uppingham, a traditional market town and home to Uppingham School.

We have 5 individual apartments / cottages, sleeping between 2 - 6 persons offering very flexible accommodation. All accommodation is furnished to a very high standard with their own access and parking. Minimum 2 night stay.

Mange-Tout Maison and Fennel Folly each have a double and twin-room, bathrooms with shower over bath, open plan living/dining and full kitchen. This accommodation is first floor and can accommodate up to 4 people.

Parsnip Place with small patio, double room, shower room en-suite, open plan living/dining and kitchen. Sleeps 2 either as double or twin.

Lettuce Lodge studio with 6ft kingsize bed, single bed, bathroom and kitchen. West facing enclosed patio. Ideal family accommodation, sleeps 3.

Carrot Cottage having patio, two bedrooms (double and second room with four single beds, open plan living/dining and full kitchen. Sleeps 6. The accommodation is ideal for families and couples alike.

Beautifully furnished throughout, the self catering accommodation is ideal for couples and families alike. A good range of equipment is included in each property. All except Carrot and Beetroot have dishwashers. Tea towels, washing up liquid and dishcloths are provided in all properties.

Set in the grounds of the main house is the self catering accommodation, ideal for holiday lets, and continuing the vegetable theme you may choose between Lettuce Lodge, Carrot Cottage, Parsnip Place, Mange-Tout Maison and Fennel Folly. Our aim is to provide a comfortable stay in very relaxed surroundings. Sleeping up to 27 people on site, Broccoli Bottom is the ideal place for friends and families to meet up and yet have the privacy of their own accommodation.
