Clematis Cottage offers outstanding self catering accommodation in the charming village of Tealby. We are close to the bustling market town of Market Rasen and the perfect base for exploring the abundance of glorious countryside and woodland in Lincolnshire.

Our gorgeous cottage is great for a magical getaway in a beautiful part of the country. The cottage has been lovingly furnished and comes with a range of excellent facilities to suit all your needs.

A well-equipped kitchen is great for cooking up a storm and comes with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, gas hob and electric oven, microwave and wash dryer. A spacious dining room seats 4 and includes a toasty wood burner for the chillier month. Relax and unwind the delightful sitting room which has comfortable seating, a gas stove and Freeview TV/DVD player.

Two comfy bedrooms are available, a king and twin room. Both rooms have Freeview TV/DVD player, sumptuous mattresses and 100% cotton bedlinen. A high-quality bathroom has a double sink and a spacious walk-in shower. Gorgeous fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries are provided. Downstairs there is a separate cloakroom.

Outside there is a pretty and secure garden to relax in on a leisurely afternoon when the sun is out.

The picturesque village of Tealby is nestled within the spectacular Lincolnshire Wolds, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The area has an abundance of footpaths and cycleways just a short distance from the cottage and nearby you will also find a community shop, a brilliant dining pub and a vintage tearoom. The nearby market town of Market Rasen has a great range of independent shops, a supermarket, petrol filling station, eateries, riverside walks, Georgian architecture, regular market days, a championship golf course and year-round horse racing at the racecourse.
