Bainside House Adult Caravan & Camping Site - Lodge, Pods and Boat offers fantastic accommodation in Kirkby on Bain. We have a brilliant array of accommodation to choose from and offer fishing in our well-stocked lake, perfect for an unforgettable holiday in Lincolnshire.

We have a magical pod, a cosy lodge and unique boat to stay in. All ideal for a tranquil and relaxing break in a gorgeous setting. While staying with us you can also enjoy our 1.75 acre lake, stocked with carp, bream, roach, rudd, crucian carp, tench, perch, chub, barbel, ide, F1s and grass carp. Pods: Our pod is nestled on the southern edge of the lake, offering a scenic setting for a relaxing holiday. The pod even boasts two private fishing pegs. Inside the pod there is a settee/double bed, table and chairs, fridge, microwave, kettle, handing space and shelving. An air bed can also be provided. Outside there are built in seats with storage and decking seating plus a BBQ. This is a lovely spot for a morning coffee whilst enjoying the stunning views.

Lodge: This fabulous lodge comes with everything you need for a special holiday. The lodge has 2 double bedrooms, a comfortable living area with Freeview TV and an outdoor area with a table and chairs for al fresco dining in the afternoon sun. The lodge is around 80 yards from the fishing lake.

Boat: New for 2022, we will be offering quirky accommodation in a boat – please enquire for details.

We also have caravan and camping facilities available.

Our site is in a brilliant location for discovering a range of attractions in the area. Play a round at Woodhall Spa Golf Club, the National Golf Centre, or visit the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, with its award-winning visitors centre and guided hanger tours. History fans go also visit the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre and Cadwell Park hosts motorcar/bike racing. Further attractions to visit include:
