Seatown Cottage is a charming fisherman's holiday cottage that was built around 1850 situated in the pretty Morayshire town of Lossiemouth in the beautiful Highlands of Scotland. Just a quiet road separates Seatown Cottage from the river Lossie and the bridge across to the fabulous East Beach.

You enter the cottage via the hallway, with the staircase to the first floor and a downstairs toilet. To the right you'll find the spacious dining room, with its feature inglenook fireplace and 'wood effect' gas burning stove, which keeps the room warm and welcoming even on the coldest of winter nights. The open plan galley kitchen has lovely views of Lossiemouth and the harbour, especially when the 'esplanade' is lit up at night. To the left off the hallway is the lounge, with a corner settee and a second inglenook fireplace, this time with a 'coal effect' gas stove. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a king size double bed and one with twin beds and the bathroom. A travel cot, high chair and stairgates are available on request.

The holiday cottage has Wi-Fi and a phone which can receive incoming calls.

Outside there is a gravelled hardstanding providing off street parking for 2 cars and a small very open beachfront patio garden. Garden furniture and a barbeque are provided in the shed.

Lossiemouth is compact, but has the necessary shops, restaurants and pubs. It is ideal, not just for a beach, golfing or fishing holiday, but also for touring the Malt Whisky and Castle trails, as well as longer day trips to places such as the Cairngorms National Park or Loch Ness.
