Our lovely spacious holiday cottage is split into two apartments, booked together the apartments can sleeps a total of 12 people. The upstairs apartment can sleep 8 people and the downstairs apartment can sleep 4. This lovely self catering property is situated on the Norfolk Broads.

Ground Floor Apartment: Sleeps 4. This immaculate apartment has fabulous views over the River Bure. There is a sitting room with pull down double bed, fully fitted kitchen, utility room, double bedroom and shower room.

Upstairs: When booking the upstairs with the ground floor apartment, 12 people can be accommodated. Up here there are 4 bedrooms - a master bedroom with rivers over the river and en suite shower room, 2 further double bedrooms and a single bedroom with bunk beds. The kitchen/dining area has a built in oven, microwave and dishwasher. The stylish lounge has a TV and DVD player and there are dual aspect views over the river and Lower Street.

Horning is a picturesque waterside broadland village with breathtaking views over the river Bure. Lower Street runs parallel to the river, little has changed over the years, and the village looks very similar to how it did back in the 1930's. Along the riverbank there are some lovely places to sit, relax and watch the world float by. The village of Horning consists of various shops, café, pubs, restaurants, a hotel, leisure centre and swimming pool. Fishing, boat hire and boat trips are all available in the village, along with the Horning Ferry a short walk along Lower Street. Horning has 2 popular riverside pubs, both child friendly, The Swan Inn is a majestic building, dating back to the 19th century. It has been a distinctive landmark for many years and has featured in several books and films. A little further along Lower Street is The New Inn, which has a lovely riverside garden with palm trees and a very spacious seating area. The surroundings and standard of food in both pubs is excellent, offering real ales and quality wine.
