Sandy Toes holiday cottage provides a magnificent self catering accommodation in Mundesley near North Walsham and Cromer. Our cottage in Norfolk is great for couples or families and only a 10 minute walk to the seaside and village centre.

Our cosy cottage sleeps up to 4 people and is perfect for a tranquil holiday. On the ground floor, there is a relaxing living room with comfy seating and Sky Q TV. A well equipped kitchen comes with a range of appliances to suit all your needs: electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. A separate downstairs WC is also available. A travel cot and high chair is also available if required.

The first floor has two bedrooms. A king room and a twin. Both rooms share a modern bathroom with a shower over the bath, WC and heated towel rail. The rooms can be made into 4 single beds or two double beds to suit your needs.

Outside there is an enclosed grassed garden and patio area with garden furniture. A lovely place for a glass of wine in the afternoon sun.

We are within short walking distance of Mundesley village centre and there are lots of walks along the coast or inland to neighbouring villages. The village offers a variety of shops pubs and restaurants to cater for everyone. The beach clean and is award winning a fantastic day out during the summer months. Or a winter walk with the dog.
