We offer fabulous accommodation in two properties which include private enclosed gardens and access to shared grounds with two large ponds. You also have access to a fantastic indoor heated swimming pool and games room with a pool table.

Woodman’s Cottage: Our light and airy cottage is great for a couple or small family looking for somewhere special to stay. The beautifully furnished cottage comes with a cosy sitting room with a dining area, TV with FreeSat and a selection of books and games. The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. On the ground floor, there is a double and first-floor twin room. All bed linen is included. Outside there is a private enclosed lawned garden with a patio and furniture for al fresco dining.

Woodman’s Barn: This gorgeous barn is brimming with character and perfect for a family or group looking for somewhere memorable to stay. On the ground floor, there is a double en suite room and on the first floor there is a double room with a WC en suite and twin room. Additionally, there is a ground-floor shower room with a bath.

The relaxing sitting room includes a dining area and a TV with FreeSat and a DVD player. The fully-equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Outside there is a private lawned garden with patio and furniture, idea for a coffee in the morning sun.

We are the perfect for exploring the area by bicycle or foot. You can enjoy a fantastic steak at The Fox which is only a 10 minute walk away. In nearby Aylsham, you can wander around the bustling town centre and enjoy the monthly farmer’s market. Further attractions to visit include:
