Sisland Tithe Barn offers luxurious self catering accommodation in Sisland, close to the city of Norwich. The Norfolk Broads and the Suffolk Heritage coastline are nearby, making us the ideal location for exploring the local area.

We offer outstanding accommodation in two fabulous properties, Owl Barn and Orchard Barn. Both have been recently refurbished to offer the highest levels of style and comfort, boasting quality furnishings and wonderful artwork. They are ideal for a country escape in a beautiful part of the country.

Owl Barn: This superb barn offers a modern style, perfect for a romantic getaway. The enclosed garden is great for dog walks, with a gorgeous bluebell wood straight from your door. The patio area comes with outdoor furniture featuring a lounge suite and BBQ, great for al fresco dining in the early evening sun. You can unwind in the cosy open-plan living area which has comfy seating, a bio-fuel fire and views over the stunning countryside. Cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen which comes with a range of appliances to suit all your needs. The light and airy bedroom includes a lavish super-king bed with Egyptian cotton bed-linen and a wall-mounted TV. The sumptuous wet-room includes a walk-in shower, basin and WC. An additional cloakroom is adjacent.

Orchard Barn: Our fantastic barn offers a special getaway in a scenic setting. You can relax with a coffee in the lounge whilst enjoying glorious meadow views through the large picture window. Outside there is a delightful patio area with a lounge suite complete with a dining table, perfect for al fresco dining over a few glasses of wine. There is also a hot tub. A BBQ is also available. Inside the property, the lounge features gorgeous beams, quirky artwork and comfortable seating. The kitchen is well-equipped and great for cooking up a family feast or romantic dinner. Two beautiful double bedrooms are available. Both share a recently renovated bathroom including a large walk-in shower, basin and WC.

Additional accommodation is available in The Showman’s Wagon. Nestled amongst fruit trees in the orchard, this handcrafted wagon can be booked with Orchard Barn. The wagon sleeps 2 and features a clever pull-out dining table.

We are only a 15-minute drive to the bustling city of Norwich, famed for it striking Castle and spired Anglican Cathedral. Norwich is home to an array of museums, galleries, shops and restaurants. You can also head to the Suffolk Heritage Coast to enjoy sandy beaches and quaint seaside towns. Further attractions to visit include:
