Home Farm House offers outstanding self catering accommodation in the charming village of Suffield Common. Based in a lovely part of Norfolk, we are perfect for families or groups looking for somewhere special to stay.

Our elegant period property is finished to the highest standards to make you stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. The accommodation is over 3 levels and comes with a range of excellent facilities.

Downstairs there is a beautiful reception room with an original inglenook fireplace, bread oven, open fireplace and sofa, offering a lovely space to relax in after a day of sightseeing. You can also unwind in the sitting room which has leather sofas, a TV and toasty log burner for the winter months. We also have a snug with sofa, book and log burner. This is a great space for children and also boasts the original 15th Century beams.

A spacious kitchen/breakfast room is great for rustling up some delicious dishes and includes feature brick walls and limestone floors. The kitchen includes a range of appliances and modern granite worktops. A table seats 10 people and is great for enjoying some delicious meals around. A utility room include a double sink, Bosh washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and cleaning equipment. Downstairs there is also a cloakroom with a WC and handbasin.

Upstairs we have a range of attractive bedrooms. Two of the three bedrooms are on the first floor and include double beds and en suite facilities. There is also a twin room which garden views and a family bathroom. A gorgeous master bedroom with a king-size bed includes a vaulted ceiling with oak beams, whilst a twin room on the top floor also has exposed beams. The rooms share a shower room.

Outside there is a delightful courtyard with garden furniture and a BBQ for al fresco dining over a few glasses of wine. You can stroll around the two acres of grounds which includes an acre of lawns, an acre of paddock, a stream and a pond. A summerhouse is also available and includes a fabulous Wendy house for children.

This part of the country has something for everyone, including amazing beaches and stunning countryside. Visit Cromer Pier which is only 8 miles from or head to beWILDerwood, a great adventure park for the whole family. See the magnificent National Trust properties of Felbrigg Hall and Blickling Hall or relax on the beach at Mundesley. Further attractions to visit include:
