Oak Tree Cottages provide 4 luxury, pet-friendly holiday cottages set within the grounds of Church Farm. They are located within the delightful village of East Ruston which has the East Ruston Vicarage Garden. It is a great base for those wishing to explore Norwich, Broads National Park and beautiful sandy beaches. Onsite there is ample parking and for the dogs? A large enclosed dog field complete with a seating area, toys, and a heated outdoor dog shower, which is also perfect for washing sandy toes.

The Forge

This holiday cottage is ideal for a couple and up to 2 dogs. It has a comfortable king-size bedroom with a modern en suite shower room. The living space is open plan and well equipped with a Smart TV, DVD player, DVDs, Books, log burner, oven, microwave, retro fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Outside is a patio with a cast iron dining set, parasol, gas barbecue and an artificial grass area surrounded by a 6ft wall.

Oak Cottage

Ideal for a family of 4 this luxury cottage has a double and twin bedroom plus a family bathroom with an over-the-bath shower. The living space is also open plan and well equipped with everything you would need including a Smart TV, DVD player, DVDs, Books and games. Outside is a walled courtyard giving you access to a safe shared grassed area. There is a Rattan coffee set as well as a garden table and chairs, a parasol and a gas barbecue. This holiday cottage allows 4 dogs.

Lighthouse Cottage

This is a popular cottage as it can accommodate 4 and both the twin and double bedrooms have en suite shower rooms. The open plan living space is well equipped and includes everything you would need like a Smart TV, Freeview via a Sky box, DVD player, DVDs, Books and games. The large patio doors lead out onto a spacious courtyard with a large tiled garden table with comfy chairs as well as a sofa coffee set, parasol, gas barbeque and access to a communal grass area. This holiday cottage allows 4 dogs.

Church Fields Cottage

This is the largest cottage and can sleep 5+1. There is a master bedroom with a comfy king-sized bed and an en suite shower room. A double bedroom, a single bedroom with a small single trundle bed underneath that is suitable for children and a family bathroom with an over-the-bath shower. This cottage also benefits from the large open-plan living area that is fully equipped. There are lots of facilities to enjoy as well as a walled courtyard with a rattan dining set, parasol, gas barbeque and access to the communal grassed area. This holiday cottage allows 4 dogs.

Lots of extras are provided for both you and your dogs including basics to get you started, a welcome hamper and for the dogs? food & water bowls, throws, towels, poo bags, toys, water bottles, treats, "I'm on holiday dog tags" and much more.

The village has beautiful surrounding countryside with quiet lanes which are ideal for walking and cycling. The excellent sandy beaches of the east coast are minutes away. There are also plenty of attractions such as Happisburgh Lighthouse, Felbrigg Hall, Broads National Park, Norwich Cathedral and more.
