Avocet:

This beautiful one-bed ground floor apartment has been recently refurbished and is great for couples. Inside there str lots of original features plus a range of modern luxuries. A cosy living area comes with an electric reclining sofa, a large screen smart TV and an oak beamed fireplace with a realistic stove. The kitchen/diner is well-equipped with a washer dryer, dishwasher and fridge with an ice box. There is also a single oven, electric hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, teapot, and a Tassimo coffee machine.

The bedroom comes with a comfy king size bed and the shower room has a handmade bespoke basin washstand and a generous shower enclosure with a dual head shower. Outside there is a fully enclosed courtyard garden with a table and chairs, plus a BBQ for al fresco dining.

Curlew Cottage:

Our homely cottage has been refurbished to a high standard and offers a rustic coastal feel. Inside there is a living room with a realistic electric stove, two 2-seater sofas plus a large screen Smart TV. The kitchen is perfect for home-cooking and includes an integrated dishwasher, electric single oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave and toaster.

Two upstairs bedrooms are available, a king room and a twin room. Downstairs there is a large shower enclosure with a dual head shower. Outside there is a rear garden which is fully enclosed and comes with a table and chairs, plus a BBQ.

Sandpiper:

This peaceful two bed ground floor apartment is ideal for a cosy getaway. Inside there is an open plan kitchen/lounge/diner. The living area has a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa, along with a fireplace with an oak beam and a realistic electric stove, a large screen Smart TV and a dining table for four. A large kitchen includes an integrated dishwasher, single oven and electric hob, washer dryer, toaster, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, cafetiere and teapot.

Bedrooms consist of a king room and a second room comes with a single bed plus a pull out trundle single bed. The rooms share a compact shower room with a shower enclosure with a dual head shower. Outside there is a courtyard garden with a bistro table and chairs, plus a BBQ for al fresco dining.

Seagull Cottage:

Our large 2-bed cottage boasts many original features whilst offering modern accommodation. Inside there is a relaxing living area with an exposed brick fireplace with realistic electric stove, a 3 seater and a 2 seater sofa, a large footstool and a large screen Smart TV. A dining room seats 4 and the fully-equipped kitchen included an integrated washer dryer and dishwasher, an electric single oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, cafetiere and teapot.

Bedrooms consist of a king en suite room and a twin room that can be made as a super king. Downstairs there is a WC. Outside there is a sunny fully enclosed garden with a table and chairs, plus a BBQ.
