Alderfen Barn in Neatishead offers luxurious self catering accommodation. We are located in a beautiful area of the Norfolk Broads and close to Norwich.

Our barn dates from the 1700s and now offers modern accommodation for up to 14 people, great for large families or groups. The property includes wood-burning stoves.

On the ground floor, there is an open plan living space including a huge kitchen with a range of appliances: electric oven, electric hob, microwave, American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. A utility room also houses a washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is a dining area and the lounge includes include a 65″ Smart TV with Apple TV and bi-fold doors that open to the garden.

On the ground floor, there are 2 king en suites and 1 twin en suite. The first floor has 2 king en suites and 2 twin en suites.

Outside we have an enclosed lawned garden with furniture for al fresco dining and a hot tub to relax in.

You can explore the Norfolk Broads and coast whilst staying with us. Wroxham is only 10 minutes away where you can go on the Bure Valley Railway. Take a boat trip on the river or visit Norwich, home to a cathedral, shops, restaurants, cafes and attractions. Attractions to visit include:
