Each cottage has been lovingly restored and equipped for both comfort and practicality. All the cottages come with a cosy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, restful bedrooms and modern bathroom. In the Summer, what better way to finish the day than by sitting and relaxing on the large patio area and reflecting on the day’s activities, whilst the sun dips down over the moors.

There is plenty of off road parking and pets are all made welcome at Valley View. If you want to avoid the shops Tesco's will deliver, however, all your shopping requirements can be met at the local market towns of Helmsley and Thirsk.

Holt Cottage: This lovely cottage is a lovely three double bedroomed cottage which sleeps 6. This cottage can connect to Drey Cottage to make a 10-person family cottage.

Drey Cottage: Our pretty two bedroom cottage sleeps 4. This cottage can connect to Holt Cottage to make a 10-person family cottage.

Couch Cottage: This charming one-bedroom cottage sleeps 2 people and has a Queen sized bedroom.

Form Cottage: Our delightful one-bedroom ground floor cottage sleeps 2 and has a South facing patio.

Formicary Cottage: This cosy one-bedroom ground floor cottage has a bedroom which can be set up as a king size double or twin bedroom.

Granary Cottage: Our spacious three-bedroom cottage sleeps 6 in three bedrooms, a ground floor twin/king bedded room and then upstairs a double and a twin/king size bedroom.
