Bath Place Hotel is very close to the Sheldonian Theatre and the Bodleian Library, opposite Holywell Music Room and less than five minutes on foot from the Oxford Playhouse, the New Theatre and the main shopping area.

The hotel is a cluster of seventeenth century cottages surrounding a tiny flagstone courtyard in the heart of Oxford, seconds away from colleges, libraries and museums. The cottages nestle between New College, one of the University's oldest colleges, and Hertford College, established in the thirteenth century. The New College Bell Tower, which has been in continual use since the thirteenth century, is visible from many of the hotel's rooms.

We have fifteen cottage style rooms all of which are doubles or twins. There are also several family suites. The rates vary according to the time of year, the size of the room, and the location. Each cottage comes with a separate entrance and a patio, making them safe for dogs. Rooms 15,16, 9a , 14 and 9b are dog friendly.

All rooms are en suite with flat screen televisions, minibar and coffee/tea making facilities. We also have a licensed bar and lounge with a fireplace for our guests. Wireless internet connection is available free of charge.

Nearby secure parking is available for an additional £25.00 per night.

Dogs are welcome in all ground floor rooms and some others at a cost of £15 per night. Dogs are not permitted in public areas and must not be left unattended in bedrooms. To discuss your dog’s needs please contact us prior to booking.

For those who bring dogs, we are close to parks and riverside walks that both you and your canine friend can enjoy. You can also enjoy dogs walks at the university’s park.
