The Highway Inn is a traditional countryside inn that also provides accommodation and delicious cuisine. Our rambling old timber and stone building has original fireplaces. This pet friendly inn is located within the Oxfordshire town of Burford. This is a bustling town and is the perfect location for accessing the beautiful Cotswolds.

At the bar you can enjoy a range of beverages from locally supplied lagers through to boutique gins. The wine is carefully chosen to accompany the dishes on the menu.

The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu is a combination of pub fayre through to more refined dishes. All food is locally sourced and seasonal where possible.

There are 11 bedrooms available which include a flat screen TV, mini bar and tea/coffee making facilities. The premium rooms have four poster beds and Nespresso machines. Three of the rooms are dog friendly. Dogs have their own treats bowl in the room.

Burford is very famous for its High Street which includes a medieval bridge and wonderful church. This area is ideal for a range of outdoor activities including walking and cycling. There are also many interesting places to visit such as Cotswold Wildlife Park, Tolsey Museum and Kilkenny Lane Country Park.
