Amroth Cottages offers wonderful self catering accommodation in Amroth, Pembrokeshire. Our 3 beautifully appointed holiday cottages sit high above the bay in Amroth, with spectacular views to the Gower and Caldey Island. The holiday cottages are only a four-minute walk to the beach which is perfect for families to relax on as it offers a safe area to play, safe swimming and rock pools to explore. At low tide, it is possible to walk along the beach to Saundersfoot.
We 9 acres of grounds around the holiday cottages which are very child safe and you are welcome to explore the wildlife in the fields. Guests can soak themselves in the hot tub or enjoy a delicious meal in the Scandanivan BBQ House.
Furzewood Cottage: This spacious cottage with a mix of traditional, modern and vibrant decor. A door opens from the lounge onto a raised deck with patio furniture and barbecue. Steps lead down to a delightful garden area. There is a large, sunny, kitchen/breakfast room and a separate dining room. Stunning views to the sea are to be enjoyed from the kitchen/breakfast room, the lounge and decking. Sleeps four in a spacious double and twin room.
Stable Cottage: This cottage is a traditional character cottage with comfortable spacious sleeping for six in one double and two twin bedrooms. The delightful lounge diner offers comfort and lovely views of the sea. There is a wood/coal burning stove for those cooler evenings or winter breaks. Just outside the dining room, there is a decked area with patio furniture, barbecue and spectacular views.
Granary Cottage: Offers traditional decor and comfort with spectacular sea views from every room. The cosy lounge/diner gives access to the sunny, south-facing patio and barbecue. A wood and coal burning stove offers extra warmth on those cooler evenings or winter breaks. Upstairs is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom. Sleeps four.
This part of Wales is a haven for walkers and for those of you who bring your dog there are miles of coastal paths to explore. The 178 mile Pembrokeshire Coastal Path starts (or ends!) in Amroth. There are three pubs, a restaurant, cafe and a grocery/gift shop along the seafront. Next to Amroth cottages is the wooded valley of Colby house (National Trust) and gardens with lots of good walking for dogs and owners.
