The Killin Hotel is a dog friendly hotel, set within the beautiful Scottish countryside, at Killen in Perthshire. Our hotel is in the north of Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park, near the edge of Loch Tay, making it an ideal base for those who want to explore the Scottish Highlands.

We have a well established reputation at the hotel for providing our guests with a relaxed service, great Scottish food, comfortable bedrooms and a friendly smile. All of the guest rooms at the hotel have been tastefully decorated, many of which have wonderful views of the surrounding area. We also have annex rooms available for those who prefer more spacious accommodation, one of which can sleep up to 6 people in 1 room, perfect for families. Each room includes a Freeview TV, hospitality tray, Wi-Fi access and en suite facilities.

Guests are welcome to relax in our cosy lounge and bar, where there is a roaring log fire in the winter. If the weather is nice why not sit on our sun terrace with your favourite tipple or relax in our conservatory with a good book and simply watch the world go by.

Breakfast is served in our restaurant and offers freshly cooked food that caters for all budgets and diets. Wherever possible we use local ingredients and for lunch and dinner we have daily fresh fish, seafood and shellfish deliveries along with Perthshire beef and lamb and strive to continually improve our food offering.

The Killin Estate is not only a great central location for those who want to explore Scotland but it also has many activities available to suit all ages. If you want something relaxed and leisurely, you can explore the great outdoors on board a 4x4, by bicycle or by foot. You can watch the amazing wildlife, play a round of golf, enjoy the stunning scenery or visit a distillery for a wee dram. For something more heart pumping, you can test your skills at off road driving and put a Land Rover to the test by driving it over rough terrain and steep, slippery gradients. We can also offer package holidays for those who want accommodation and to enjoy one of the many activities we have available.
