Three miles from Brecon, Ty Bychan is a pretty terraced cottage in the middle of the small and popular village of Llanfrynach, in the foothills of the Brecon Beacons. Perfect for walking or cycling holidays literally from the doorstep, the cottage is very well kept with a range of up to date facilities as well as a small enclosed garden suitable for up to 2 dogs. The White Swan is a popular pub in the village within walking distance, and Hay on Wye, The Black Mountains, Cardiff and Swansea and the Gower Peninsula are all within reach by car. It is ideally situated for the Hay and Brecon Jazz festivals.
There is a well fitted and very well equipped spacious kitchen with a washer/dryer, built-in electric cooker with hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, an antique pine dresser, dining table and chairs. A utility/cloak room featuring butlers sink and a toilet, has plenty of room for drying coats and boots. The sitting room has a comfortable sofas and chairs around an attractive stone fireplace with wood burning stove and a feature recessed bread oven. Beside the stone hearth there are shelves offering a good supply of books, jigsaws, games, DVD's and videos. There is BT TV, DVD, and Wi-Fi access.
The upstairs comprises three pretty and airy bedrooms comprising a double, single and twin beds. A family bathroom has a power shower, hand basin and toilet.
