All the rooms come with modern en suite facilities and our first floor rooms enjoy stunning views over the garden and countryside. For that added bit of privacy and space, we have an opulent ground floor garden suite with a king size bed, comfy seating and dressing room. The bedroom comes with a spacious tiled bathroom and mini kitchen. Doors open onto a private garden with a pond, complete with a seating area and sun loungers.

Our house is set in 13 acres of beautiful bluebell woodland. You can enjoy breathtaking views of the Eildon Hills and the Scottish countryside. You can see a variety of birds and other wildlife at the gardens to the front of the house.

We provide special touches to make your stay as memorable as possible. You can enjoy exclusive use of a private golf course and we offer a range of treatments including massages or luxury facials.
