Owl Barn Retreat provides dog friendly self catering accommodation in a rural setting. It is set just outside the quaint village of Llanrhaeadr-ym-Mochnant. This is the ideal location for exploring Oswestry, Lake Vyrnwy and Bala Lake.

This self catering barn can accommodate 4 people. The living room has a TV, DVD player, books and a balcony that stretches the full width of the living room. There is an open plan kitchen/diner which is well equipped with all the appliances you would need on a self catering holiday. Downstairs there is also a double bedroom, twin room and a wet room.

The garden is opposite the barn which is a haven for wildlife. There are also 2 paddocks and over 2 acres of land to enjoy.

A welcome pack is provided which includes sausages, bacon, eggs, bread, butter, milk, Bara Brith, tea, coffee and sugar.

Just a mile away there is a café, Post Office, butchers, pubs, fish and chip shop and grocery store. There are many outdoor activities to enjoy such as walking, water sports, hiking, cycling and bird watching. Alternatively, you can visit Powys Castle, Park Hall Farm, Montgomery Wildlife Trust and the RSPB Nature Reserve.
