Lower Hill Farm Caravan & Camping offers excellent glamping, camping and touring facilities in Hughley. We are nestled in over 230 acres of scenic countryside, perfect for an idyllic escape in wonderful Shropshire. You can visit Shrewsbury and a range of attractions in the area or simply make the most of this outstanding countryside location.

We are the ideal place to escape from the pressures of modern life, surrounded by unspoilt countryside. We have an array of stunning glamping accommodation to choose from, including Buzzard pod, four roundhouses (two with wood fired hot tubs), the Kestrel safari tent plus wood fired hot tub , Wrekin lodge plus wood fired hot tub, Moonshine, Sundown and Stargazer shacks plus wood fired hot tubs, a shepherd’s hut and an off grid, poolside accommodation, The Bullrush .

The Roundhouses: These magical wooden-clad roundhouses sleep up to 4 people each, offering a sumptuous experience in glorious countryside. The accommodation is slightly different from the previous yurts, offering a separate kitchen and cloakroom facilities. Two now have the option of a wood fired hot tub

Shepherd’s Hut: This quirky hut sleeps 3 and is great for an unforgettable country retreat. Facilities include a double bed and single bed, electric heating, lighting, socket and a kettle. Outside there is a picnic table, fire pit with a cooking griddle, table and chairs.

Kestrel Safari Tent with wood fired hot tub: This fabulous Safari Tent sleeps 7 and is ideal for a family or group. You can soak your troubles away in the luxurious wood-fired hot tub. 2 bedrooms are available: 1 double bed, 1 triple sleeper and 2 single mattresses. Facilities include a flushing toilet and hot running water, cooking equipment, a fridge, TV, electric heater in the bedrooms and a log burner in the living area for the chillier months.

Wrekin Lodge with wood-fired hot tub: This gorgeous lodge sleeps 4 and includes a fridge, TV, cooking equipment, flush toilet, hot running water, a real log burner and fire pit.

Buzzard Pod with hot tub. This cosy pod sleeps 2 and is ideal for a country escape. Facilities include electric heating and lighting, a double, kitchen area and a water container with cool box and ice blocks. Outside there is a gas BBQ, table and chairs and a fire pit with a griddle, a great spot for dining in the sun over a few glasses of wine. A stunning hot tub can also be booked.

Moonshine, Stargazer and Sundown Shacks: These unique shacks each sleep 4 in a double and bunk bed. They offer the optional hire of a wood-burning hot tub. The shacks include electric heating, lighting and sockets and an electric kettle. Outside there is a fire pit with a cooking griddle, picnic table, table & chairs.

The Bullrush, with wood fired hot tub. Sleeps 2 (double bed). Beside a pool, with fishing. Off grid, with hot running water, shower and composting toilet. Log burner and cooking facilities, including a gas hob, a solar electric powered fridge, all crockery, crockery and utensils. Away from the main site, accessible by car, with a number of field gates to open and close.

Onsite we also have caravan and tent pitches available. The pitches are terraced on the hill, boasting breath taking countryside views. Facilities onsite include:
