The Sweeney is a family-operated establishment featuring a restaurant, bar and guest rooms housed within a splendid Georgian Country House located just outside the market town of Oswestry in North-West Shropshire.

Biggy: True to its name, these are our most spacious rooms, ideal for extended stays. Guests can unwind in comfort with views of our manicured gardens through floor-to-ceiling windows. Snug: Our most compact category, offering a cosy yet ample setting for two. These rooms feature an Illy coffee machine, tea making facilities, eco-friendly toiletries, a dressing table, a hairdryer, a Roberts Radio and bathrobes.

East Wing: This section includes two interconnected rooms, a "roomy" and a "cosy" - perfect for families. They share a walk-in shower, bath and separate toilet. With a king-sized bed, a double and a single bed, plus an optional extra bed, it's an ideal choice for family escapes. All standard amenities are provided.

Additionally, we offer a self-catering cottage.
