Alpine Grove has four, self catering, luxury log cabins to rent for a 3-night weekend, 4-night midweek, whole week stays or longer. Each solid wood Scandinavian log cabin is nestled in our 8-acre woodland, surrounded by mature trees and bushes and sleeps four or five guests. Two of our cabins also have a private hot tub.

All our lodges have been designed and constructed to the very highest standards. We aim to give you that cosy, romantic log cabin retreat experience with a solid wood burner, skylights over the beds for star gazing and a balcony for dining alfresco. Each fully equipped self catering log cabin is exclusively designed for all your needs and is perfect for all year round short breaks or longer holidays.

The lounge, kitchen and dining room are open plan and arranged with modern day living in mind. The kitchen is fitted with a gas hob & electric fan oven, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, microwave and all the crockery you will require. The lounge has an LCD television with a DVD player. The cast iron wood burner is your focal point creating that warm cosy atmosphere. A patio door leads to the balcony. The dining area consists of table & chairs with a picture window to spot the resident wildlife and overlooking a private area serving the log cabin. A skylight is positioned over the table area which helps bring the woodland into the cabin. The large bathroom has either a bath with shower over or a walk-in shower cubicle.

Each cabin has two bedrooms at the rear of the cabin which are cosy and tastefully decorated. The master bedroom has a double bed with plenty of room for a cot, and a skylight above. The second bedroom has either two single beds, a single with bunks or a double with a single bunk above, depending on which cabin you choose.

The local countryside is ideal for walking and cycling with easy access to the beautiful Dorset/Devon Coastline with famed resorts such as Lyme Regis, Seaton and Sidmouth. We are close to major attractions such as Forde Abbey, RNAS Yeovilton Museum and so much more.
